Annette was raised in Nicholas County. She graduated from Glenville State College with a Business Administration-Accounting degree and has been a certified public accountant since 1992. After working for twenty years in healthcare administration and finance in Braxton County, Richwood, and Webster County, she started her own business and began teaching at NLCA in Summersville. Annette meshed her life long love for sales and mother earth to obtain her real estate license in 2007. She has a passion for exploring the potential of each home and parcel of land.
Stephanie is a wife and homemaker, when she's not selling homes. She believes that calling a house 'home' is not something to be taken lightly and that home is fundamental to life- everything flows from it. She has been blessed to call Nicholas County her home for the past few years, as well as being a former resident of Webster County and a 2006 graduate of Webster County High School. She received her real estate license in 2018, but has been intrigued by all things 'home' since she was a little girl, which lead to taking several hours of coursework in Interior Design and Marketing while in college. She is excited to help you find the perfect place to call home.
I am the oldest sibling of 6 girls. I attended Midland Trail HS, and live in Danese. I enjoy camping, gardening, and long walks in my favorite place "Babcock State Park." I also have a love for my furry little friends. I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, and my beautiful black and white mare "Libby."
I have been a real estate agent for 5 years serving in Fayette/Nichloas counties. I also work for the Fayette county Board of Education. I have enjoyed the years serving as an agent, getting to know some of the locals while getting acquainted with some from other states. A very rewarding job, knowing that you've helped someone find their first home, or to help a family to relocate
I'm looking forward to continuing to work for Fayette and Nichloas counties in my new venture.
